During the early part of 2009 we commenced another project in Lake Rd Takapuna. A more ambitous build, these are two upmarket apartments.
These are scheduled to be complete by November of this year and hopefully will be sold by early 2010.

This is a house I built last year with my business partner Lance kells.
The location is near the beach in Takapuna New Zealand. From start to finish the project took about 11 months and the property sold about two months after completion.
